Who I am
SEO For Therapists is run by Steve West, based in the UK. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email hello@seofortherapists.com.
What I collect
If you email me or book a call, I'll have your name, email address and anything you choose to tell me about your practice. If we work together, I may also need access to your website and Google Business Profile.
Enquiry form data
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, practice or business details, and any optional contact details and answers you provide. I use these details only to reply to your enquiry. Enquiry form data is kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you, talk about your project and do the work you've asked me to do. I don't sell your data, rent it out or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Lawful basis
I process your data because you've asked me to (legitimate interests) or because we have an agreement to work together (contract).
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 2 years. Client records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting reasons. After that, they're deleted.
Who else sees it
Your data may pass through the services I use to run my business, such as email, website hosting and video calls. They're only used to provide those services.
Website statistics
This site may collect basic, anonymous visit statistics to see which pages are useful. It doesn't use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you at any time. Just email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
